Why do you print in PETG rather than PLA?

I primarily use PETG for its increased durability and strength compared to PLA. This is especially important for deck boxes, koozies and terrain, which need to withstand regular handling and transport. PETG is also more resistant to warping and heat than PLA, making it a better choice for long-term use. Our products are built to last!

How strong are 3D printed items?

The strength of a 3D printed object depends on the material used and the printing settings. We use high-quality, durable materials like PETG, known for their strength and resistance to wear and tear.

Do 3D printed items look rough or unfinished?

Not necessarily! Modern 3D printers can produce high-resolution prints with smooth finishes. We use advanced printing techniques and post-processing methods to ensure our products look polished and professional.

What printers do you use for your models?

I use a variety of high-quality 3D printers to ensure consistent and reliable results. Most of the printing is completed using my beloved Bambulabs printers which I consider to be the market leader in premium quality prints, You can rest assured they are industry-leading machines capable of producing exceptional prints (I have tested countless machines over the years and these are my favorite by far!)

Are 3D prints high quality?

3D printing has come A LONG WAY in the last few years. When printed on high-quality machines and with the proper settings, 3D prints can offer excellent resolution and detail. I take pride in using top-of-the-line equipment and meticulous printing processes to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. If you feel there a defects or issues with your product I will be happy to replace it for you!

What is your 'premium quality guarantee'?

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee! If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please contact us within 28 days of your purchase and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund!

Are the Materials you use Eco-friendly?

Yes! PETG is food-safe (which is why it is used for food containers and bottles for drinks). It is also fully recyclable, which reduces waste and the potential negative environmental impact!

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Processing times typically take 1 business day and shipping times vary depending on your location. We offer various shipping options to choose from during checkout but I pride myself on quick turnaround and quick domestic shipping!

What is your return policy?

Are you able to customize items?

Currently, I don't offer customization options for my products beyond the pre-selected choices available on the product pages. However, I am always exploring new possibilities and may offer customization options in the future! That said - I am available for Commissions so do reach out if you have a cool idea you would like brought to life!

Do you design all of the models yourself?

Yes! All the products featured here are lovingly designed by me! I draw inspiration from all my favorite hobbies, such as Dungeons and Dragons, Magic The Gathering, Cool Board games, my favorite fantasy books, or my favorite franchises like Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who and Fallout! The software I use is primarily Blender, but I dabble in Z-brush, Maya and Sketch-up (and of course, a ton of GOBLIN MAGIC).
