At Copperthumb’s Curiosities, your satisfaction means everything to us. We proudly stand behind the quality of our handcrafted and 3D-printed creations, and we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@copperthumb.store.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, we cannot accept returns for those items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We also cannot accept returns on:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

Personal care products (e.g., soaps, cosmetics)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Gift cards or sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to complete a return and then make a new purchase once your refund is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification — as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the posting process.
